So…no video tonight of the concert sorry. Want a reason…? Well The choirs sang for two and a half LONG hours. The band was the best part, playing three songs taking up only twenty minutes of the night. In my opinion there was way too much singing.
Besides that note, Nancy Freudenthal did a wonderful job narrating the story to the band playing “The Night Before Christmas.”
Other than the musical gala being too long, the music was enjoyable.

I’ve never seen magic up close before and this weekend I got the wonderful opportunity to see a magician at the Plains Hotel while my friends and I were enjoying a meal. Dan J. is a house magician that goes around to different tables and entertains guests as they wait for their food. I got to ask Dan if he was willing to give us a little demonstration of some magic that he does. Here is the video of some of the tricks.
